Access to the Publishers Forums

Bryan "Stratos" Borgman of Bailey Records here. First post. Just created an account minutes ago.
Quick question - how can I get access to the Publishers Forums? I'd really like to read/post some co-op ideas for publishers looking for original music for their RPG products.
